			<p>Please complete the form to the right to contribute your Case Study video. The Migration:Cities team will assess your submission and respond to you as soon as possible.</p>
			<p>In the <b>YouTube Ref</b> field, please enter the reference of your YouTube video.</p>
			<p>This can be sourced from the url when watching the video. For example, the reference on video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCwL3-hkKrg would be <b>PCwL3-hkKrg. Just enter the reference number in the form.</b></p>
			<p>Please note that your Display Image should have a 100% aspect ratio (height = width).</p>
			<p>Once uploaded, you can add additional images to the Case Study by clicking on the <b>Contribute Now</b> button again.</p>
			<p>At this point you will have the option of adding another Case Study, or adding images to an existing Case Study.</p>
