Please note the following information below when creating a new calendar.

Bookings For: Used as the resource against which the appointment is made. It is parsed into the sms notifications as the with field.
Start Time: Specifies the earliest time appointments can be made.
End Time: Specifies the latest time appointments can be made.
Slot Time: The default period that divides up the day. Set to the normal appointment time.
Show All Day Row: Adds a row at the top of the calendar displaying All Day Appointments.
Event Title: This text will be inserted into every new appointment as the title. It can be changed as required.
Sms Reminder Time: The period before the appointment at which the Reminder Notification is sent. Can be changed when creating appointments.
Recurring Event: Specifies if added appointments automatically recur annually. This is usefull for birthdays etc. Can be changed when creating appointments.
Notifications: Determines which sms notifications are sent. Can be changed when creating appointments.
Notification Templates: Set the templates to be used for the various Notifications. Can be changed when creating appointments.

Once the calendar is created and you are adding appointments, the templates and default settings can be overwritten if required.
